Announcement: On Go Alliance 2024 Members Meeting

We are thrilled to share that Yokowo attended the On Go Alliance 2024 Members Meeting! This conference was incredibly educational, featuring several presenters who explained how CBRS has benefitted their respective industries.

Event Highlights:

·        Dallas Fort Worth Airport and Miami International Airport: These notable presenters shared how utilizing CBRS has saved them money while providing extra security compared to using cellular providers for their networks. They demonstrated how they can now track items such as wheelchairs and scanners, and even monitor toilet paper and toilet flushes to ensure timely restocking and cleaning of restrooms, ultimately enhancing the customer experience.

·        Smart City Connectivity: The Executive Director of the Dallas Innovative Alliance presented on how CBRS has enabled the creation of mobile networks for school children without internet access. This innovative solution involved using a bus as a local network in neighborhoods lacking Wi-Fi.

·        Technical Specifications and Requirements: Much of the conference focused on the spectrum band for CBRS. The OnGo Alliance board is actively working with the FCC to set guidelines for CBRS deployment, bandwidth, and spectrum.
